WE ARE HIRING ALL POSITIONS!

Midnight Cookies is hiring friendly personalities to join our team! Note that we are located in GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA (only location in existence--we often get emails from those looking to apply to other bakeries/cookie shops in other cities/states). Please read the following before applying! We are looking for delivery drivers and kitchen staff members, with possibility of promotion to management positions.

To be considered, applicant MUST be able to work

• *Late nights - shifts on any given night can last until 2 AM or later.
• *At least three nights a week
• *Most Saturdays (home football games required. You won't have to work *every* Saturday, but you must be available to work a majority of them)

Kitchen Staff and Delivery Driver Primary Duties:

• *Take customer orders on phones and register
• *Prep cookies for baking (portion and shape cookie dough)
• *General cleaning (dishes, sweep/mop, etc).

Delivery Drivers:

• *Must have reliable vehicle and cell phone with GPS
• *Must have good knowledge of major roads in Gainesville
• *Knowledge of locations dorms/buildings on UF's Campus a major plus
• *Previous kitchen experience a plus--keep in mind that drivers also contribute to inside duties when not on delivery.

Delivery Drivers receive $10 per hour, comp. per delivery, and tips which totals up between $14-20/hour).

Kitchen Staff pays $10.50-$12 per hour plus tips, which totals up between $12-17/hour, with raises given quickly (up to $13/hour +tips for non-management, up to $18/hr +tips for management) to those who excel.

Those who can excel at either position by showing reliability, great work in a fast-paced environment as well as great customer relations skills will be considered for management positions. Scheduling is flexible! Besides aforementioned required days, we try our best to work with employees for time off needed due to classes/exams. We just ask that you are able to work at minimum of 3 days a week and give plenty of notice for time off.
