VALENTINE'S DAY DELIVERY WITH MIDNIGHT COOKIES
When to Place your order:
You can call in your orders during the following times:
Feb. 11: 2 PM to 5:30 PM
Feb. 12: 12 PM to 9 PM
Feb. 13: 12 PM to 9 PM
You can try to call for delivery orders on February 14 beginning at 10 AM but there is no guarantee that we will be able to take any additional orders
If we are, packages may will be limited and there are no timeslot request guarantees (we will fit it in the best we can with our pre-ordered deliveries routes).
We will also be offering delivery through third-party services such as DoorDash and UberEats. Prices and menu items may differ when ordering through a third-party service.
When and Where We Deliver:
We will deliver to most anywhere in Gainesville, with a minimum delivery charge of $8.99 (more for places outside out standard delivery area).
The delivery fee includes gratuity for the delivery driver (you are more than welcome to add additional gratuity).
We offer different time frames for deliveries, but due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee it will be delivered in that time frame.
However, we will try our best to accommodate your preferred time frame.
The Daytime Time Frame is from 9 AM to 5:30 PM on February 14.
The Evening Time Frames are from 5 PM to 10 PM on February 14.
Depending on the number of orders we have, deliveries may arrive
a little before or after those times (especially if we cannot get ahold of the recipient until later).
Deliveries to Businesses will be prioritized for the desired timeframe. If recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, it will be dropped off with a co-worker and recipient and sender will be notified.
For Deliveries to Campus and locations in which we cannot access the building (or there is no easily accessible parking for the driver nearby): We will contact the recipient to work out a time to send it out. If we cannot get ahold of them, we will leave a voicemail and send a text message instructing them to contact the store number (352-371-3535) directly. As soon as we hear back from them, we will put their order in the rotation at that time.For deliveries to houses and apartments, We will call ahead to work out a time for the delivery, or upon your request, we can leave it at the doorstep.
WHAT IF I JUST WANT TO SEND COOKIES TO SOMEONE, BUT IT'S NOT FOR VALENTINE'S DAY? OR WHAT IF I JUST WANT SOME COOKIES DELIVERED TO ME THAT NIGHT?
Pre-ordered deliveries for Valentine's Day are given priority. Once we complete the vast majority of them, we will open up for standard delivery orders, but there is no official time set for that. You can call that evening or check our online ordering to see if we are taking any new non-Valentine's Day package orders.
